[history]
October 21, 2003 -- FORMER George magazine editor Richard Blow thinks the Washington Post knows something about Condoleezza Rice. The D.C. broadsheet was the only one of hundreds of papers across the country to spike last week's "The Boondocks" comic strip which had a teenage boy character musing: "Maybe if there was a man in the world who Condoleezza truly loved, she wouldn't be so hell-bent to destroy it." In a tompaine.com column, Blow wonders: "Does the Washington Post think Condoleezza Rice is gay?" Blow adds that the strip "could be interpreted as suggesting that Rice is gay. Particularly since there's already scuttlebutt to this effect in Washington, primarily . . . because Rice is single and comes across as a little frosty."

Interesting that a lib idiot is admitting that frostiness is a lesbian characteristic. Maybe he should have checked her armpits.
BTW, tompaine.com is funded by Bill Moyers and run by his otherwise unemployable son. A portion of any salary you earn today goes into Bill Moyers pocket courtesy of PBS government-funding. Boy, if we ever get Republican control of both houses of congress and the presidency, we could actually stop that nonsense.

Is this like McCarthysism? Is this like red-baiting? Does the Left think it is a good tactic to delve into people's private sex lives in an effort to damage their political credibility?
Oh, the irony of it all.

I believe we are watching the demise of the newspaper comics page which has now been transmografied into a collection of shrill and humorless anti-Bush, anti-decency and anti-America propaganda screeds.
The one referenced is note-worthy for its Evil view of the world.
While I still read them I doubt if my sons 24 and 19 ever do except perhaps on Sunday. When I was a kid I dearly loved them though Pogo was certainly political but an exception.

The mainstream media is laughable. They invent a rumor that I'm sure all of them will run with, quoting each other, simply because one of their own didn't run a COMIC STRIP. Absolutely, freakin' amazing!

Democrats can't comprehend Condi because the entire concept of self-discipline escapes them.

You know, if I were old Dick Blow, I'd invest in a name change and find other topics to focus on besides which gender Condi Rice favors, especially working for Bill Moyers and his limpy wristed son. One might make a connection between the two and write their own brand of expose.

Amazing...a strong, independent, single REPUBLICAN woman is gay but a strong, independent single DEMOCRATIC woman is a 'leader.'
Gimme a break...
