The ammendment should allow Arnold Schwarzenegger in particular to run for President, not the non-native-born in general.

It does worry me that the last country ruled by an Austrian immigrant was NAZI Germany.

There should be no such amendment. For all his economic "conservatism", Ah-nold is still "infested" with European ideas (gun control, gay rights, etc., etc.). As governor of CA, he is OK--but not as president.
