Thank you for posting this. In case some folks weren't sure of the LP's priorities.

Devastating. I can't wait for all the stuck pigs to show up here and start squealing.

Seconded!
Get well quick, Rush, and when you return to the air, let's hear a ringing denunciation of the government power grab we call the War on Drugs.

I'll stand with the Libertarians on this one.

I just can't remember where anyone, in authority, has said that Rush has broken a law. And, have heard nothing about him being charged with any crime. Am I wrong?

So, how many folks here believe Rush should be sent to prison, if the allegations against him turn out to be true?

"Republican and Democratic politicians have written laws that have condemned more than 400,000 Americans to prison for committing the same 'crime' as Rush Limbaugh," Seehusen pointed out. Apple and Oranges alert! 400,000 Americans are not in prison for abusing presrcibed pain medicines or getting such pain medicines through the black market. This drips with disingenuity.

wow. for a moment I thought the LP was going to offer something worthwhile about how Rush has advanced so many of their beliefs. Once again, they have disappointed me.

Can you provide evidence of anyone being jailed for becoming addicted to prescription pain medications?
Please read the question carefully.

...condemned more than 400,000 Americans to prison for committing the same 'crime' as Rush Limbaugh... Any stats on how many of these are first time offenders, with no intent to sell, for addiction to a prescription drug and in the absence of a history of crime?
Just the stats please, if you have them.
