Legal Solution Now on Hand Will Governor Bush Intervene and Save Terris Life?

Judge Greer ordered that Terri Schindler-Schiavo be denied food and water starting at 2 PM yesterday, October 15. The family continues to ask Governor Bush to save Terris life.
A 24-hour vigil for Terri continues to be held in front of the Woodside Hospice, located at 6774 102nd Avenue N. (near 66th Street N and 102nd Avenue N) in Pinellas Park, Florida.
"Legal experts from around the country agree that Governor Bush has the authority to save Terri Schindler-Schiavos life. We know he has the power, the question is; does he have the political will."Randall Terry, President of the Society for Truth and Justice

I hope that Gov. Bush steps in. What is being done to this woman is horrendous, and her husband should be punished.

I read what was going on with this woman last night and it broke my heart.
I went to bed after reading the article and looked at my wife with love and admiration. I would give my own life to save hers any day regardless of her condition.

Send all this out to the media through email. Because it puts Jeb in a difficult position, we may be able to take advantage of the Leftist media in this instance to add pressure to the issue just because it is a tough positon for him.

I am no lawyer but the wording in these documents sounds powerfully persuasive.
To Jeb: "Therefore you should take immediate custody of Terri Schiavo and supply for her life support needs.....and direct that the Floroda Department of Law Enforcement to conduct a full investigation of the facts and circumstances of this case..."
I can't copy & paste a PDF doc but please read them....
It is also said that Jeb would not be violating the separation of powers by doing this...
If this is all true and legit...THANK YOU LORD!!

This is all fluff unless the Attorney General agrees with these opinions.
Overturning a judge's decree is a serious thing, and no President or Governor has the authority to do so unless he wants to provoke a constitutional crisis.
And Randall Terry's verdict is worth no more than yours and mine.

kimmie, don't be heartsick. It isn't over yet. Be encouraged. We have been praying nonstop for a miracle. This may be it!

Where was Randall Terry last year? The year before? Ten years ago? Oh, thats right. It wasn't a major news story then. I guess that makes her life more important now. I notice that in spite of making it into the news Mr. Terry doesn't say how Governor Bush can act in this situation.

It is also said that Jeb would not be violating the separation of powers by doing this... "It" is wrong. Overturning a judge's decree by executive order is precisely a violation of the separation of powers.
Which is likely why Jeb is not doing it.

Where was Randall Terry last year?Exactly. Where were ALL these people?
Mr. Schindler has NEVER petitioned Governor Bush to do ANYTHING, and he has naively assumed that "somebody" would do "something."
In life and death decisions, assume the other side is playing hardball from the very beginning.
I feel for this poor woman, as she has been ill-served by everybody around her.

If I am reading and interpreting the opinions correctly, Judge Greer is the one who is creating the constituional crisis. He condoned her neglect, a direct violation of Florida's statutes, and sanctioned it from the bench. There has been no investigation of Terri's case and Jeb has the authority to initiate one. Terri must be kept safe and alive pending the results of an investigation.
To: amdgmary
Call Jeb's office now at 850.488.4441 and express your concern. His legal team is debating the issue. I got through on the first try.

He condoned her neglect, a direct violation of Florida's statutes, and sanctioned it from the bench. Not just Greer. There have been nineteen judges who have reviewed this case.

Stop the "slippery slope". Soon the courts will add more power to the right to murder disabled adults.

Have you read the first document, 2nd paragraph?
To: Sally'sConcerns
The United States Department of Agriculture in its own regulations at 9CFR2.131 prohibits the withholding of food and water from farm animals. Terri Schiavo is not less than a farm animal.
Amazing in its simplicity.
