It is possible to set up an automatic account with your bank, just as you would to pay a mortgage, etc. to have a set amount paid from your checking account every month.

Some FReepers donate quarterly during Freepathons, but that is not automatic, they make the donation each quarter.

Credit card is the easiest, but not the only way to donate.

I'm sure that your bank will allow you to set up anytype of auto payment. Between checkfree and auto payments set up by/via our bank, a checkbook with 25 checks will last us months and months. We pay our long distance calls, flat cell phone rates, dish satellite, internet and several other variable monthly bills via a credit card. My credit card gives me reward certificates at Orvis to help feed my fly fishing addiction.

Once we do any of the above, we don't have to worry about paying the bill on time.
