I could tell you about the byzantine way our state government/politics works, but I don't think you have time to read a 100-page post. Our ex-RINO Gov. Scumquist was a silent participant to the gerrymandering, considering it getting rid of his political enemies (mostly Republican). Our state GOP is in shambles. Davis was part of the good ole boy network in the legislature, and I have no use for him whatsoever. He was Gore's choice in the election.
