Former GOP Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake announced Saturday that she and her legal team filed an appeal in her election case with the Arizona Court of Appeals.
"New evidence produced by Maricopa STRONGLY suggests County officials intentionally sabotaged the 2022 General Election, then gave false testimony attempting to cover up their misconduct," she wrote on X, the platform previously called Twitter.
In the appeal, Lake alleged the co-director of elections gave false testimony about the root causes of the problems that happened the day of the 2022 election.
"Maricopa’s Co-Director of Elections, Scott Jarrett, gave false testimony about the causes and the extent of the Election Day tabulator ballot rejections caused by misconfigured, speckled, or faded BOD-printed ballots," the appeal alleged.

People might have noticed that an Arizona Judge recently ruled that Maricopa County had broken the law by either counting ballots whose signature didn’t match the registrant, or by not checking ballot signatures.
This is going after the testimony of experts about what happened on Election Day 2022.
And she’s right.
So, What’s this supposed to change how the votes are counted in 2024? Because it’s too late to change the results of the 2020 fraud.
It doesn’t automatically put more votes in her pocket either.
They can’t let Lake prevail. She’ll end the drug cartels and open borders that’s turning AZ into the sister state of CA now.

Kari should just walk away from it all...after all, being up by 8% in the pre-election polls, having millions of people rooting for you, and “losing” by 0.6% of the so-called vote means, well...you’re just a sore loser if you don’t. Arizona used to have reasonably clean elections. But now that the Sinaloa cartelistas own the SoS office, and a crooked guy from NJ is the Maricopa county sheriff, things went off the rails. Trump won going away in that state in 2020, I saw the support just a few weeks before the election. NO ONE thought he was gonna lose. But Hobbs was the SoS and she pulled scam after scam to stomp on the Trump vote. Then did it again in 2022 right in everyone’s face to show that no opposition to her mad ambition would be brooked.
So this is about breaking the back of that crooked organization. And Lake is getting there. So stop with the resignation - some people fight for what’s right. Like a guy with 91 counts of phony charges, the first in American history. Do you want to live in a country that is OK with that?

Only affected like 100K votes or more. In an election where the “winner” supposedly won by 17K votes.
The entire election should be re-run, and the fact that the judge in the original case didn’t mandate that shows his contempt for the voters in that state. But since he’s a nose picking simpleton poli sci major from BYU, that’s almost understandable.

Kari Lake said that as governor, she would investigate the 2020 vote fraud, which is probably the main reason she did not win. They used the same corrupt election system to rig the election against her.
Why does this matter? Had Arizona decertified Biden as winning, this would have put pressure on other states to do the same. In any case, the media-liars would not have been able to claim the election was fair.
And having Biden go down in history as the "winner" of a corrupt election is important for it's own sake. All of this puts pressure on election systems to clean them up. It gets harder to cheat when people are watching, and when you have proof of corruption, it makes more people watch elections.
Coloring everything done from 2020 as tainted is also a good thing. America suffered a coup in 2020, and people need to be angry about it.
The RINOs hate her for that and were content to sit back and allow Democrats to steal it in broad daylight.

Usually when a court rules that a law was broken, somebody goes to jail. Did anyone go to jail for that? Didn’t think so.

By the time Arizona figures it out, it’s already too late for the voters and justice. Democrats understand this.
