If we keep re-electing Bush League Republicans instead of replacing them the GOP will be a rump party with no power.
Even in the majority, the Grand Old Party functions as a rump party with less power than the Democrats exert during their minority. The vast majority of the controversial laws, regulations, and policies of the Obama administration even now retain the full force of law, and the Republicans changed very little that cannot reverse without legislation or even any serious difficulty in a few weeks or months at most.
