During Dinkins time as mayor, the people still had a modicum of decency despite the terrors. I lived there. Family, country and religion meant something.
In 2020, most are out for themselves. “Hell is other people,” and NYC is descending into hell.
NYC has the government they deserve.
My son currently does.
I worry.
