It exposes all the Democrats as a bunch of treasonous dishonest lying bastards.

I understand the double posts for tweets. They work with and for compulsive liars. I fact check every relevant quote I read. When they are quoting honestly (nowhere near as common as it should be), they save us the trouble of fact checking, plus they put it in text so it is searchable.

I’d be willing to bet that the 2018 Nanzi Pelosi “democrats” will be brutalized in history books 20 years from now and will be branded as treasonous, anti-American bass turds. FOREVER! *(Hi Five!)*

If the coup does not work then yes. but if the coup works then this country is over as we know it.

When in law school I wrote for the law review and, thereafter, wrote many briefs. The standard citation rule in both cases was simply to quote the desired material and insert a source note for it, no repetitive quotation either required or desired. Double Twitter quotes are galling.

Yes. Also, usually the posted tweet is a link where you can go to the actual tweet and check out the responses. They can be highly entertaining :)

“What’s really galling about tweets is how many writers think they have to quote them and then reproduce the same tweets verbatim.”

I’ve never understood why they feel the need to do that.

I sometimes click on the tweet and make an anti-leftard loon comment. It's fun to troll them.

Yep. The dems have cried “wolf” far too many times to ever be believed or trusted again.

Anyone who votes for any democrat is a fool. Even the tiny percentage of dem pols that are more centrist can’t be trusted when the pinch is on.

The non-stop harassment of Trump since the election, culminating in the impeachment charade, has been aimed at weakening him but also, as you said, to prevent the prosecution of the Democrats.

It may also have been designed to flip the Senate to Democrat control after the November 2020 election, as several people have suggested.

They cant claim that Trump is benefiting from pursuing his rivals.. he wont be running again!!

So I think he would be completely free to send Hunter Biden to jail, even Jo Biden, get Schiff investigated, censured and thrown out of the house of representatives.. Incarcerate Comey… I bet there is a list he keeps under his pillow of all the people that has harmed him.

Buahahaah

The George Washington University Law School professor blasted Democrats during an appearance on CBS News for their second article of impeachment charging Trump with obstruction of Congress.

They had to have a second article because one article by itself is too flimsy but obstruction of Congress is largely known as "Executive Privilege" when there is a Democrat in the White House.

If they only posted the tweet (with a link), couldn’t you just click on the link and verify that what’s on the page you were reading is accurate?

Isn’t a blunder when somebody does something inadvertantly? How can this Rat fiasco be a blunder? They’ve been scheming and hatching this thing, with malice aforethought for 3 years or more.

Yes, but it’s nice to have the words of the tweet show up in search engines. I’m not sure that works if you just post the tweet.

I’m hopeful that the Republicans will retain control of the Senate and won’t give up on retaking the House...but a lot of water is yet to flow under the bridge between now and the election in November. The Democrats’ and MSM propaganda barrage may have diminishing returns. If Trump can score a decisive defeat of the Democrat/Socialist Party candidate, that could help bring the weaker Republican Senatorial candidates across the finish line. It would be nice to add to the Republican margin in the Senate so that Romney and Murkowski have less leverage.

I don’t think they care. Destroy Trump now at any cost.
