This guy says the CA Sec. of State, claims to have no obligation to ensure voters are citizens.
Motor Voter baby.
The Democrats are the embodiment of election tampering.
So much for going back there.
This is why we have the electoral college, so states like California and New York can’t steal elections with illegal votes.
Absolutely unconstitutional and treasonous. If he said that he must be forced from office immediately.
Voting is THE sacrosanct act of a democracy, let alone a republic - to not protect it is to throw away the very concept of democracy and turns us into a totalitarian state.
Again - force this bum from office.
A few years ago, while requesting an absentee ballot for an upcoming election,an official at my town’s Town Hall told me that it’s illegal in Massachusetts for any state or local government official to ask for proof of citizenship of anyone registering to vote or at a polling place.
Cali will allow thousands and thousands maybe millions of illegals to vote in 2020 throwing the national election into turmoil. Watch and see. California makes a disaster of 2020 election.
No California election or election returns should be considered valid or legitimate, period.
Fortunately we don’t have a “National (majority) vote.” It won’t matter if California allows 15 million fraudulent votes, since they’re only responsible for their 55 Electoral Votes. Trump will sweep a majority of those elsewhere on Election Night.
(Still, California’s votes should be nullified for obvious epic-level fraud)
If it is found that several states do the same which I think they will then the courts get involved and the entire election will be called into question. There is no depth that dims will not reach and tossing a wrench into the elections is not something they would shy away from.
These cretins want another Civil War, they’d better be careful what they wish for.
It would be appropriate for California’s 54 electoral votes to be thrown out, and not counted in the Electoral College because of their permitting illegals to vote.
That would make Trump’s victory all but assured.
ah, so if it’s not an obligation of the State, then it must be an obligation of the Federal govt. And if it’s an obligation of the fed govt then the State needs to forthwith turn over the voter rolls and voting booths, and we will have federal regulators monitor both at every election, local or otherwise, including issuing photo id’s. Talk about shooting oneself in the foot.
I worry dem districts will win with 120% of voters voting. “2018 Midterm Election Sets Record as the First to Exceed Voter Turnout “

Another part of why the impeachment: a ready made excuse when they fraudulently win in 2020. After all, nothing came of 2018...
California is a Mexican colony.
The 55 electoral votes will go for the Democrat. The two senators are both Dems already. I don't see the effect at the federal level.
It still matters that they elect 53 members of the house of representatives (and two senators via a one-party election).
It’s why I believe every member “elected” from said state should not be seated pending a thorough investigation of every race, voting methods, vote counting, registration, et al. Since 1996, through very questionable methods, they have systematically removed most of the Republicans from office. The GOP had 26 out of 52 members (tied), and that number if now 7. They stole half of the 14 seats in 2018.
At no point since 1994 has a Republican candidate defeated an incumbent Democrat in California (for Congress). With hundreds of races, this is literally a statistical impossibility. They were stealing races in Republican years when they should’ve been losing.
Sure they can, by stealing states with a large number of electoral college votes. California is an excellent example of that. The electoral college just ensures that all states have a say and are important in elections. At least in theory at any rate, and for the most part in practice as well. But not entirely.
