It will be funny when they ask him what he witnessed and he has to say, “Well, I heard people talking about....” Citing the rumor mill is really make him credible, especially when he has to answer the question, “So you never actually saw any of this yourself?” It’ll be great when they ask him what kind of material evidence he has, too. To be a whistleblower, ya kinda need to be there!
What will be great when he is told he must reveal the names of the persons he received the information from. They did not file whistle blower complaints and are not shielded by those protections and he can not refuse to name them so that they can be asked to verify his statements attributed to them.
