Gee, who could have seen that coming? Millions of Americans don't like decriminalizing illegal entry into the country, or having their private health care insurance taken away.
Joe Scarborough has figured out that those and other radical positions the Dem presidential candidates have adopted have turned off many Americans. And he's worried that could cost the Dems the White House in 2020.
On today's Morning Joe, a concerned Scarborough cited a tweet by liberal New York Times columnist David Leonhardt that contained a poll showing that, in the wake of the Democrat debates, Republican voter ID has risen to equal that of Democrats.

The plan, all along, was to let them run as far left as needed to get a nomination, and then when the campaign season started, let them sound like perfect little warm fuzzy moderates. But if scarface is warning them that they are going to far to come back, then they already probably went way to far.

Democrats (and some Republicans) putting fraudulently documented foreigners ahead of citizens and the rule of law is not popular?

All the discussion in DC about securing the American vote needs to start with implementing nation wide VOTER ID law and end with total elimination of the Motor Voter laws. It’s a no brainer, anyone in DC whose voices opposition to Voter ID is obviously anti-American and should not be allowed to serve in public office.

They have already gone too far left for middle America, which is why none of those announced candidates will win the election. But that is the plan.
They have create a such extreme left position that any “reasonable” left of center candidate may have a chance.
The purpose of this group of clowns is to entertain and keep their base energized while the real candidate is working behind the scene. Watch for the bait and switch.
We will have to wait and see the rabbit they pull out of the hat.
This is what the left does. They shove their sh*t into America to the breaking point and then back off a little when the damage is done or the seeds are set. They will pivot and seem reasonable and make the impression that they are the only answer to solve the problems (they created) and vilify Trump blaming him for everything. The GOPe dopes will just be thumb suckers.
He needs Trump to win that keeps his job alive.
