President Trump’s high confidence in winning Texas is vexing some Republican insiders, who fret that his 2020 campaign is unprepared to handle a generational challenge from the Democratic Party for control of the state’s critical 38 votes in the Electoral College.
The Democrats flipped two suburban Texas congressional districts and another dozen seats in the state house in the midterm elections, while Democrat Beto O'Rourke nearly ousted Republican Sen. Ted Cruz. GOP strategists with deep experience in Texas are bracing for the possibility of more turbulence next year, with some worrying that Trump’s top political officials in the state are ill-equipped for the competition. Others are pleased with the campaign’s Texas leadership, but question party strategy.
“Personnel are fine,” said a veteran Republican operative with Texas ties who requested anonymity to avoid publicly criticizing Trump or the Republican National Committee. “But [I] still don’t believe Trump headquarters understands [his] exposure in Texas.” Another GOP operative, who is based in Texas, said the party needs to update its pitch to voters to account for an electorate that is evolving and becoming less Republican.

I am hearing about Republican organizing/fundraising in Texas and New Mexico getting off the ground.
I have no idea if it is true but there is fundraising going on here in NM by the Rs like I have never seen and trying to get candidates, workers, and voters organized. I have had more outreach this year for both money and meetings than ever and have lived here for decades. I hope they all hang tough and fight because I think we sure all need to.
Anyone that is concerned needs to be getting involved. I am concerned, I am doing all I can. I cannot travel right now but am trying to reach people online and help all I can.
Everything about the left is exaggerated when it comes to numbers. The left is like one of those cars with a gazillion bumper stickers for all the lefty causes. Most cars aren't aren't like that all - its the same for people and political beliefs.
The Democrats have put themselves in a situation such that president Trump can get 15% of the black vote its very hard for them to win.
I said this last time if he is peeling off that percentage of blacks it translates and is scaled up in numbers when that percentage is applied to Latinos and women which I think is a fairly accurate simple model. This puts pressure on the voter fraud networks in democrat controlled cities.
President Trump's base is not going anywhere,because of the infantile antics of the left, they are motivated to show up.
It will be interesting to look in particular at Los Angeles county that had 1 million voters expunged via a court action by Judicial watch. I'm thinking between the last election and this one using just a couple of data points we'll be able to extrapolate the scale of voter fraud
I've been pretty busy and need to do more research. I've recalled seeing him in the mid 20s with Blacks - that translates to a crushing, a pummeling, a through drubbing.

2016 was a trial run. They did not perfect it in that year but it appears they had several successes.
