Yes she ran as a Republican a few years ago and lost. And you can trace her social media from long before AOC to see that she is the real deal.

Republicans SHOULD want AOC to win another term.

Trace her social media as I said...Murray was a Trump supporter before AOC came onto scene. Though she did give some kudos to AOC on her win for unseating a very entrenched incumbent.

Well, what other ‘bright, shiny objects’ can the anti-Cotex crowd follow at this point?

I am pretty sure that MANY people gave some kudos to AOC on her win. Even many conservatives. On the day she won, I doubt many knew anything about how or why she won, and what she would do once elected.

Who cares?

No one with an R by their name will get more than 10% in the barmaid’s district anyway.

It has already been said, many times over, in local NYC newspapers and in local news, that this challenger was FOR AOC and voted for her, once. Then she saw exactly was AOC was and all about and grew not just disenchanted ( right away ! )but decided to challenge her as a GOP CANDIDATE; a party that she now sees fits her ideas and goals BETTER!

And FYI...there are several DEMS who are planning on running against AOC in a forced primary!

It was just RACE; not what wee barry stood for, which few knew when he ran.

The launch of a “republican” political challenger in NY-14 to challenge Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Sherie Murray, follows a very familiar political ploy…. A fake candidate intended to protect AOC in 2020. In June of 2018 Sherie Murray was an avid AOC supporter.

In the last 36 hours you may have seen “republican” candidate Sherie Murray promoted, seemingly out of nowhere, by a variety of media platforms (social media and traditional). However, when there is an obviously coordinated effort to push a rapid high visibility roll-out; and that effort is for a singular congressional district; it is always worth doing some background research.

BEWARE – Having watched this type of political scheme for several years; and accepting people for what they do, not what they claim to be; in my opinion Murray is likely in place to protect AOC in the 2020 race. This perspective is bolstered by how the launch/roll-out was also timed and scheduled by Fox News.

Tick-Tock Hannity is a favorite political deployment tool of the Murdoch interests. [It’s not cynicism, it’s an objective, albeit annoying-to-admit, aspect.] Hannity has strong support from viewers who are republican, conservative and politically engaged. If you want to elevate a faux candidate, and shield yourself in the process, Hannity is the place to go.

Remember, these interviews are pre-scheduled. Fox producers didn’t stumble upon Scherie Murray on the first day of her campaign launch and sign her up for an interview less than twelve hours later. This was a structured, pre-planned, coordinated effort.

AOC gets new 2020 challenger: A Republican immigrant from Jamaica

Is it possible that Scherie Murray was a strong activist supporter of President Obama and candidate AOC in the primary of 2018 [key note: ‘the primary‘] and then suddenly had a change of heart in 2019 after seeing AOC’s political activism in action?….

Possible, yes.

Probable, no.

A person who is engaged in the outcome of a political primary is an engaged political person. Ms. Murray likely knew exactly what AOC was about (democrat-socialism) when she was congratulating her and looking forward to what AOC would deliver.

In addition to noting how Murray is not responding to any inquiry about her prior political support and ideology…. well, just, trust your gut instinct.

So if I understand correctly....She basically congratulated her for knocking off an establishment hack? Hell a lot of us were pleasantly surprised by that result at the time, and wished that it happened more on both sides.

Sooooooo what is the loon kook assertion here, that we LIKE establishment hacks and her praising her suprise win is a sign that she’s really there to “protect” AOC?

She had a deer-in-the-headlights look when Hannity interviewed her. Wasn’t too impressed....

If you’re not a liberal at 20; you have no heart.

If you’re not a conservative by 40; you have no brain.

If you’re still a liberal after middle school, you have no brain.

There’s also a real Republican running, who, gosh, actually lives in the district.

This is an effort to split the Republican vote and hoodwink the voters. Despicable.

I think Ocasio will win, however, because although freepers and their like have heads full of politics, most people do not. That is the first lesson you learn at the Leadership Institute. The hoi polloi don’t start thinking about the election until a week before, when it starts appearing on television.

The public is pubic, as an old friend of mine used to say. They go by name recognition ALONE, usually, and with this in-your-face self-made celebrity, forget about any challengers.
