All the propaganda that’s fit to print. Never an honest objective analysis. That’s the motto of the New York Times — the one they don’t dare admit.

They can’t see past their own stereotypes, or their own senses of superiority.

They confuse “educated” with “intelligent.” I’ve got more formal education than most of my friends, family, associates, and acquaintances. That makes me qualified to practice a particular profession; that does not make me superior or necessarily more intelligent.

I learned a long time ago that almost everyone I meet knows more about some things than I do, and that refusing to learn from the “less educated” or “less intelligent” would only prove my own stupidity, not theirs. “Less intelligent” is relative, at that. (MY ex would probably score pretty high on an IQ test; he is intelligent in his own way. Don’t depend on him for much, and don’t expect him to be able to do anything practical, however.)

This assumption is akin to the assumption that women like me only voted for President Trump because someone else was telling us to. They simply cannot concieve that an intelligent, educated woman- or any woman, apparently- is capable of thinking for herself, of looking past the identity politics and of making up her own mind. It’s insulting.

Then again, recent events have shown just how women are regarded by many on the left. Women are apparently regarded as highly as are minorities: weak, helpless, unable to think for ourselves, unable to deal with life, screaming banshees, needing their help to get through life.

Disgusting.

The writer made some serious uninformed guesses. In his writing he tried to smear Republicans that voted for Trump as uneducated, non-degreed unprofessional laborers. I have attended 6 different colleges and universities, I have 4 degrees and I am a Trump voter and will vote for him again and will vote the Republican candidates in this November congressional election.

I haven’t taken a poll but I can see that many blacks and Latinos who didn’t have a job under Obama now have a good job. Many blacks Latinos and poor whites who were on food stamps under Obama are no longer getting food stamps or other kinds of welfare. I don’t know the percentages but I know who the voters are that put Trump in office. Those voters that put Trump in office are not changing their minds, they realize they made a great decision and will again in 2018 and 2020. The difference is that there will be a significant number of blacks and Latinos who realize where the great economy is coming from. They realize where their happiness is coming from, it is coming from their hard work at providing for themselves and their families. Most people would rather work and make a decent living than depend on demeaning welfare.

The blue wave, it is probably there but you won’t see it because of the tsunami that is getting ready to crush it.

The reality is that during Midterm election the presidents party looses congressional seats, perhaps we will this time too but I think the margin of loss will be historically small. I believe that Republicans will maintain control of both houses and that there is a potential to get 60 votes in the Senate.

I know many people who do not have college degrees, some are more successful than me. Several are millionaires and are more politically savy than me. A perfect example is Rush Limbaugh. This writer in the NY Times would place himself on a pedestal because he has a degree, how asinine. I have met more degreed idiots than non degreed idiots.

Well, we’ll see in three and a half weeks.
