I think they may be using that humongous, long & wide hospital gown to construct and conceal a ball-like contraption similar to this one, around her lower half, so that every time she stumbles and falls after hitting the sauce too hard, she will bounce right back up to an upright position again.   (She won't need someone to always catch her, and thrust her to an upright position, as the round, built-on base will automatically take care of that for her, similar to a gigantic weeble-wobble.   They'll use that oversized gown to conceal this gizmo.   See photo below.)

I hope she runs. Would make Trumps re-election a lead pipe cinch. But, by these videos plus other incidents it’s obvious she is suffering from some sort of neurological affliction manefesting itself as neuropathy. Root cause could be any number of things. Two big ones are diabetes and heavy drinking but there are other causes as well. Anyway, I don’t think she has the juice for another run....
