I have no problems with Ted as a Senator. He has been one of Trump’s few true allies in Congress.

it’s like asking who committed the most profound act of betrayal.
For instance, how many Senators in your, or any lifetime, have pranced on the floor of a party convention and overtly refused to endorse the nominee of the party?
Or, how many failed to disclose they were a dual citizen, when they KNEW they were a dual citizen?
I don’t think the question is how did a Senator vote after their thorough chastisement, but how did they vote and advocate before the electorate called them on their dirty shit?
Can he be given a pass on his past infidelity?
Resoundingly YES.
Should it be forgotten?
