People’s republic of Minnesota. But I lived in the 6th last election. That was rather contested.
Phone polling does not work.
The first time phone polling was a total failure was many years ago when pollsters didn't take into account that people who had phones had more money than people who didn't have phones... and they gave the race to a Republican.. Dewey? Maybe earlier... Anyhow Minnesota's beautiful - and being called by pollsters isn't much fun... so you've got a win here.
