Scaramucci may have said that, but it does not appear so from the video clip. Scaramucci easily could have been referring to the BLM's interference in what was intended to be a legitimate exercise by Americans.

I initially thought the Mooch was a possibly useful guy albeit with few redeeming qualities, but I rather quickly found myself thinking he was the wrong tool for the task. His excretion from the scene came as a relief.
