“In a recent interview with RT, Chomsky doubled down on his criticism of the Republican Party, which he previously called an organization dedicated to the destruction of organized human life on Earth.
I have met the man, back in the 1970s. He’s a Marxist nut who thinks he’s the next best thing since sliced bread, when it comes to “social” issues.
His expertise is and was really linguistics. His theories on that topic have proven wrong. Yet he remains at MIT for some strange reason. Maybe because MIT is in Boston and Boston is so Liberal and since the media is so Leftist, Chomsky is a Leftist and he likes be get attention as if he was some grand philosopher, so the media loves to lift him up. He merely applies Marxist dialectics to philosophy. In sum, he’s an over-rated Leftist big mouth the media likes to give attention to.
As long as they’re listening to him, they’re not listening to someone who can actually help them dig themselves out of the hole they’re in.
Chomsky was tenured. The CPUSA loved him so he was always a GO TO GUY for the NYT et. al.
Like all commie so-called philosophers in Chomsky’s
utopian society he would be among the pampered elite
sharing the limited goods with those other phonies
who have worked their way into the goods distribution
leadership group. Nobody who promotes communism ever
sees themselves as just a worker bee.
Can you briefly explain those theories that you mentioned have been proven wrong? Just curious.
