DALLAS -- State Representative Victoria Neave was arrested by Dallas police for driving while intoxicated overnight, sources tell WFAA.
Police got a call about 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday that a vehicle had struck a tree at La Vista Drive and Abrams Road in Lakewood. When officers arrived there was a woman behind the wheel. Only later did police determine it was the 36-year-old state representative.
An arrest warrant states that Neave had a strong odor of alcohol on her, was unsteady, and had bloodshot eyes. Her speech was slurred and she was uncooperative with officers, the warrant says, refusing to perform field sobriety tests. She also refused to give a breath or blood sample....

I knew that because if she were a Republican it would have been in the headline.

Of course her Liberal sycophants in the Press will forget to ask her why she was driving a motor vehicle while taking said medication...when there are warnings on all containers for such medications that warn about operating heavy equipment or driving while taking.
The video says the police took her to Baylor Hospital where she was forced to give a blood sample. It’ll be back in a couple of days.
There is an R. It’s in the word Representative, which they always put before a Dem name, to cause confusion.
Most dem readers can’t read that well, and see Rep, and assume that means Republican.
I don’t know about Texas but Utah doesn’t recognize any difference in causes for impaired driving. If you are impaired they prosecute. Doesn’t matter what you took to get impaired.
And she’s an unwise Latina.
When news skip party, it means Democrats.
