Republicans also focused their attention on helping Gov. Scott Walker and Attorney General Brad Schimel win re-election next year and defeating Democratic Sen. Tammy Baldwin. The annual GOP convention brought together hundreds of party insiders, activists and officeholders for speeches, awards and socializing....

I must have been listening to the Fake News too.

He’s very popular with most conservatives I know. The Fake News media believes that if they repeat something enough, people will believe them.

This is good news. Sounds like most Republicans are now accepting President Trump. However we still have the John McCain’s of the world.

All TRUMP needs is Iowa & Wisconsin & he's President again in 2020

He can afford to lose PA & MI!

All those #NeverTRUMP Gary Johnson Voters in MI, PA & WI will most likely all vote for TRUMP now after seeing he wasn't that Liberal TROLL!

TRUMP is going to pad his leads in MI, PA & WI

LOL

This is HUGE. The reason the election was so close was because of the dickhead-Republicans that somehow twisted themselves into thinking the country would have been better off from getting really, really, really, angry after 4 years of Hillary, and THEN vote for a REAL REPUBLICAN, like, I guess, Kasich.

Only problem is that the Supreme Court would be TOTALLY OWNED by the Dems, so Hillary would simply round up our guns without any courts or anything else to stop her. As to the 2020 election, that would not be a problem either, as the 15 to 30 million newly legalized Democrats will make certain that there is NEVER a conservative victory again.

But I know, Trump is classless, so who the hell cares about the country. Right Mr. Cruz?

Anyway, with the base now solidifying behind Trump, Congress will be safe in 2018. The only risk for Trump...is Trump. If he ‘moderates’ in ways that appear to be going back on his campaign promises, then all bets are off regarding his support and regarding keeping control of Congress. So far, overall, he’s still doing fine - but another delay on funding the wall will not go over very well, not at all.
