Democrats confident they can block Trumps agenda after spending-bill win
Not surprised one bit.
While Democrats defend their "Democracy"give lip-service to "Republic"and spend WEEKS attacking a Democratically-elected President.
:-/
You would never know the “Republicans” hold the majority in Congress. The dems and their lobbyist friends may be in the minority but they got EVERYTHING they wanted and we got less than nothing - a finger to us over the border wall with an explicit clause mandating it not be built with government funds! This was not a win, Mr. Trump, it was a total loss.
Trump is America’s last hope. No wall yet but border crossings are way down. He has forever changed our political system though. The republicans of old are done. They don’t know it yet. They were only given majorities in the house and senate to help Trump pass his agenda. There will be a new political animal in 2018 and beyond; a “Trump republican” will be born.
Democrats are planning.
Republicans are infighting like a bunch of lil split tail teen age girls.
President Trump is on Twitter trying to come up with a 140 character response to it all
One-term President, if he makes through one Term. Never in the history of our country has there been a greater need for a second party to oppose what has now become the united Democrat-Republican Party.
“Marc A. Thiessen: The past 100 days have been a disaster - for Democrats”
What’s this guy smoking? The democRATS have been beating Trump and the pubbies at every level. No tax cuts, Obamacare, the budget and to top it off Trump looks like an idiot when he goes on mainstream TV.
Good morning.
Good to see your moniker.
I hope you are doing well.

You don’t veto something if you know the votes are there to override.
Completely agree.
Democrats are going to crow about the continuing resolution, but if Congressional Republicans and Trump don’t deliver in the September budget, then say good buy to your majorities because, personally, I will not vote for another Republican.
Realistically, if the September budget isn’t a home-run then why should anyone vote for a Republican. There will be empirical proof that it is completely meaningless to vote for a Republican. In fact, it would only show said voter is a complete imbecile for getting hoodwinked yet again.
good buy = good bye
What on earth are you talking about?
The President has zero Constitutional power to "replace" the Speaker of the House.
And Sessions, Trump's excellent Attorney General, has done nothing warranting "replacement."
Isnt there a NeverTrumper site where youd feel better spewing your B.S.?
“Never in the history of our country has there been a greater need for a second party to oppose what has now become the united Democrat-Republican Party.”
Yeh, right. Try to get 100 so-called conservatives to show up at a local town council meeting to oppose a sidewalk tax ordinance. You’ll be lucky if three show up.
Stupid conservatives can’t even get off their fat butts and show up at schoolboard meetings to oppose the leftist garbage taught in public schools.
Mammon-worshipping conservatives are good at sitting in front of a computer screen and whining like little girls.
“The past 100 days have been a disaster - for Democrats”
Whistling past the graveyard. They got 100% of the spending bill despite being out of power. All else is spinning a disaster. And we thought the liberals were fantasizers.
