It's difficult to discern the reasoning here from this witch Pelosi. She claims that Trump is rash, but then complains that several weeks have gone by without him doing anything on renegotiating NAFTA. Maybe they can get Shelia Jackson Lee to stop looking for that American flag on Mars and spend some time going over the definition of rash with Pelosi.
