The former Presidential candidate used her first public comments since Trump's inauguration to stress women have a vital role in the future of America
Hillary Clinton is back - and she has a message for Donald Trump .
In her first public comments since the inauguration, former democratic presidential nominee said women have a vital role in the future of America.
In a message at the opening of 'The 2017 MAKERS Conference', Clinton said: "Despite all the challenges we face I remain convinced that yes the future is female.
"Just look at the amazing energy we saw last month as women organized a march that galvanized millions of people all over our country and across the world.
"Now more than ever we need to stay focused on the theme of this year's conference. Be bold. We need strong women to step up and speak out.
"We need you to dare greatly and lead boldly.
"Please set an example for every woman and girl out there who is worried about what the future holds and wonders whether our rights opportunities and values will endure.
"And remember you are the heroes and history makers, the glass ceiling breakers of the future."
'MAKERS is a storytelling platform for the trailblazing women of today and tomorrow,' the organizers of the conference wrote.
Meanwhile, Lady Gaga absolute killed the Super Bowl half-time show on Sunday - but despite her incredible performance, some viewers were left a little disappointed.
The singer's performance had promised to be politically charged in the wake of protests against Trump.
But, although her lyrics reference 'black, white and beige' and 'gay, straight, or bi, lesbian, transgendered life', there appeared to be no direct attack on the US president....

She is asking for strong women to step up. I don’t blame her. The first time she got a really good job she got fired for jacking it up royally. Also, then she rode a man’s coat tails to all her other jobs. She wishes she could have been a strong woman, but the poor thing needed a man every time to help her out. She walked over the backs of all those men, some who are even still alive today, to get where she got. I don’t even know if she could have continued her presidential campaign this last fall without strong men who could literally carry her.
She needs to head to a rest home and leave us alone. Hasn’t she done enough damage already?
