Intresting. I wonder if Ryan and the Bushes launching the access Hollywood tape right after they pressured him to endorse Trump set Ted Cruz adrift from the GOPe? They set him up to get screwed by it just as much as Trump.
When exactly did Cruz endorse Trump? I think from the 'get-go' of this campaign season, that Cruz and lying Ryan had already teamed up... most especially when Cruz could not get Mitch the Senate to resolve him eligible to hold the office of president, like the Senate did for lord McCain, back in 2008.
Had lying Ryan been successful to force Trump out, maybe they would have given Cruz the veep nod under Pence.. But I think lying Ryan's presidential aspirations are on par with those of Ted Cruz, whatever it takes. I also believe the Wilson dossier on Trump was well known all through the GOPe... I think that is also why Kasick did what he did in Ohio..
I also think that old man Bush letting it be known publicly that he was not going to vote for Trump was not by accident... The spooks went to work refining a method of delivery to somebody to do something.
