Once a vote is certified, there can be no recount.
I predict the recount petition will be withdrawn and The Green party will pocket the money.
Why didn’t Trump request a recount in California, Virginia, New Hampshire, and Nevada, and maybe New Mexico? States where massive fraud probably did occur, and tie up Hillary’s electors?
If Stein raised money for a purpose she knew was Fraudulent, she is committing a crime.
For the UK Brexit referendum, they counted over 33 million votes by hand and announced the result less than 10 hours after the polls closed.
The whole reason for the “Recount Ploy” is that its nothing but an attempt to create an aura of illegitimacy around Trumps presidency and in addition raise a ton of nontaxable money for people like Hilary. The Crooked Libs soldier on.

The o’l voter intent trick I see. 85,000 votes that can be manufactured.
People know how to use their pen to fill in the circle. If they left the president circle blank then that is because they did not want to vote in that area.

Trump will file a request to deny the recount. If the Michigan SOS dismisses the request, we will know the fix is in.
I wish I could say something positive but unfortunately, I witnessed firsthand how they steal elections twice in the 2000s in my state, one for Governor and one for US Senator.
Once seen, it is impossible to hand wave away these emerging developments. I almost wish I wasn’t ‘wise’.
So, they know exactly where to go to manufacture 85,000 votes. And I wouldn’t be surprised if these “blank” ballots came from counties won by Obama. That means everyone of the MEANT to vote for Hillary.
Here’s some data for you:
Hillary won the popular vote by 2,076,687 votes;
her margin in California, however, was 3,446,281.
That means she won the popular vote in California alone, and lost it in the other 49 states.
