BOISE, Idaho (AP) - Grassroots campaigns have sprung up around the country to try to persuade members of the Electoral College to do something that has never been done in American history - deny the presidency to the clear Election Day winner.
Activists are circulating online petitions and using social media in hopes of influencing Republican electors to cast their ballots for someone other than President-elect Donald Trump and deprive him of the 270 Electoral College votes needed to become the next occupant of the White House.
"Yes, I think it's a longshot, but I also think we're living in strange times," said Daniel Brezenoff, who created a petition in favor of Hillary Clinton and is asking signers to lobby electors by email or phone. "If it was ever plausible, it's this year."(continued)

Would be a good idea to have armed citizenry at the state capitols, to insure the electors can carry out the dities they were assigned on election day. as they vote noon local time, reports of the problems of those who might have strayed could be reported to the folks in Central and Mountain. Juneau, AK is in Pacific time, but the rest are for Hillary. Besides congress can ovveride any elector if they believe the vote was cast under duress,

The left showed how truly incompetent they are in this election. Not only can’t they win following the rules they can’t win when they cheat! No wonder they’re pissed. It explains why Hillary didn’t go all out in the final weeks. She thought the vote stealing apparatus had the election in the bag for her. Unfortunately for them Trump overperformed and got more votes than the Margin of Fraud. No doubt New Hampshire, Virginia, Colorado, Nevada and Minnesota were stolen from Trump. We can only imagine how truly huge his victory was if the Dems committed massive fraud and still couldn’t steal enough votes for Hillary to win.
Attempts to manipulate the Electoral College. Threats of impeachment. All just sanitary methods of a coup attempt. I guess the train of thought is they are better methods than a hail of gunfire, or having the Joint Chiefs show up on TV to announce a regime change. In the end, it’s all the same.
I don't know about that... they are armed with diaper pins now and say mean things. Some of those cardboard signs they carry can give some nasty paper-cuts too.
By the way, a friend's husband said he has been going past an armory for 25 years, and never has he seen so much new and powerful military equipment on site. He is wondering if they are preparing for something. Who knows, maybe they are anticipating riots after the electoral college vote or after the inauguration.
I’m sure Trump is not ignoring this. Oathkeepers are being sent to the elector’s homes and this diotic alliance they have are committing unlawful acts that will land them in jail. The fact that they have turned it into an organization with many moving parts turns it into RICO actiities so they might want to start preparing for a different life than what they envision with all their electronic gadgets because some will probabably end up wearing a black and white pin stripe suit with only a TV to watch. Just the way it is. If we did it, it’d be the same same for us. But we’re not because we’re the grownups.

An East Texas republican Elector called in to the Friday Rick Roberts radio show on WBAP Dallas. Rick is a lawyer and was giving a good historical review of the Electoral College. The woman elector who gave her full name said she is getting daily, hundreds of form letters and phone calls demanding she vote for Hillary. Some were even from Germany. They have never had this happen ever in 30 years. The Texas attorney general has advised them to take extra efforts and precautions for their personal and their families security. She said its clearly George Soros and his funded groups Moveon.org and BlackLivesMatter. She said the Republicans and state law enforcement were clearly unprepared and rattled by this. She has been verbally threatened and fears for her safety.
This is proof the Globalist are not going down easily and have turned on their guerrilla warfare machine as also demonstrated by the violent funded street protests.
