That would be a big mistake. With all his warts, we NEED Trump in DC to bust up the Corrupt Bastards Club. Pence is as good as they come, but he’s too much of a gentleman to take on DC cold turkey. They’d eat his lunch. Pence will be ready in 4 or 8 years.

My only concern about Pence is that he’s a little too establishment.
Otherwise, I really like the guy, and wouldn’t mind seeing him run in 2024.
But having Trump step aside now? For what? NO WAY!
If that were to happen, I would stay home on November 8th and say, “’eff it all.”

No offense, but how much do you know about Pence? I may disagree with him and consider him a little too establishment for my tastes, but Pence would do just fine - he started out as an attorney, and hosted a political talk show for several years.
He also wouldn't have the "gotcha" moments that seem to keep popping up in Trump's life, thanks to Trump's mouth and Hillary's campaign. He'd probably be up by double digits over Hillary in a lot of polls, polls that actually matter.
