Poor use of language doesn’t help the discussion.
Voting is a Privilege, not a responsibility. There is no right to have the vote counted. It is equal protection of the law under the 14th. The 14th is not about rights.
Individuals have a responsibility to vote only where they are allowed, and only once. they have the right to have that vote count the same as any other individuals vote.
The responsibility is to vote only once, and only where they are legally allowed to. If they are allowed to vote, then they have the right to have that vote count as a whole vote - a single vote.
Voting is a privilege accorded of United States citizens, who otherwise have not disqualified themselves. Exercising that privilege comes with responsibilities.
