Likewise, and I agree with you. Apparently the anesthesiologist making this diagnosis doesn't know as much about Parkinson's Disease as a lot of laypersons do by necessity.

All sorts of conditions are being called Parkinsons. My wife’s grandmother died from it. Her boss is in advanced stages. Her mother has been diagnosed as having some form by doctors, others say that it’s not. I’ve got a good friend who’s wife is in the same boat, with some doctors saying she has it, others disagree.
Hillary’s mobility issues and coughing are very similar to the MIL symptoms.
I saw the video, and I'm not buying Dr. Noel's analysis. (Not that we should drop examination of Hellery's health).
It may be some other affliction, but the few occasions Hellery shows herself "clowning around" will make it to a video. Too often, the good doctor is seeing what he wants to see. This is setting up Hellery to appear "normal" during debates—and to produce a health report—the documentation of which will appear as normal as Obama's birth certificate. Coughing is another matter, but also could disappear.
Sadly, I now know what Lewy-Body Dementia is like, and in several symptoms, it resembles Parkinsons.
