Why didn’t one of those reporters ask him, why the sudden urgency? And... how did they pay the rest of the money out? Was it cash as well?
We all know where Valjar was born, I’m curious, does she have family still there? Possibly in their government?
The U.S. is truly at a crossroads from which there is no turning back. Either Trump is elected and we have a hope that the criminal and treasonous activities will be exposed and (hopefully) prosecuted, or Hillary gets elected and the treason and criminality go into overdrive.
It’s gotten to the point where the Supreme Court argument can actually take a back seat to the blatant felonious activity of this administration and those who have served in it over the past 7+ years.

The Obama regime has gotten away with lying for going on 8 yrs. The MSM deflects and covers for them constantly, not only by what they report but also by what they don’t report. Then they attack anyone who even questions their veracity.
So yeah, why wouldn’t Obama think he can do anything he wants and then just go out and tell bold faced lies when questioned? Obama is what the media has made him into, a gigantic house of cards ready to completely crumble. All it would take is for the MSM to turn on him and he could be hanged for treason.
It is a measure of what a small man Obama is. When Reagan got elected, the US hostages in Iran at the time were released. Obama has to pay ransom for hostages.
He overtly, blatantly, shamelessly lied, with no qualms whatsoever.
I’m convinced Obama’s insane and drunk with power. It doesn’t help that he surrounds himself with sycophants who constantly tell him how great he is. That just plays into his delusions of grandeur.

I watched Obama’s faux presser today on fox10 PHX. Prior to the presser starting, there was audio feed of some reporters talking among themselves.
One was talking about the plane w/ the hostages being held up until the $$$ arrived. He was laying out what he and the female reporter should ask if called upon.
Of course, they were not called upon, and amazingly (not), the first question at the presser seemed to be one that would “head off at the pass”, the question the reporter that I overheard was hoping to ask.
I did a little research on Wikipedia. There is a Congressional Research Service, presumable an arm of government. I read where 1.9 billion US dollars value is being held which belonged to Iran. It was said that the then President Carter had frozen these funds during the hostage taking. This when the American Embassy was ransacked.
I just hope this is accurate. It takes the edge off these bandits and thugs and their crimes.
