Looks to be a plane that used to be part of Eastern Airlines fleet from the paint scheme, but they’ve been out of business for a number of years.
they are back in business in Miami. they have are charter now ramping up for regular service in a year or two
wow, that was fast!
As others have noted, EAL is alive and (so far) well again - someone pulled the remains of the company out of the trash heap, dusted it off and got it running again.
