Is there another short list out there? Many of us are hoping for Allen West or Chris Christie. Or will The Donald surprise us all with a woman? But which woman will he choose? Allen West would sure shake up and change the polling numbers for the better. Then Hillary would really be worried!
That would be a great pick and he would mop the floor with anyone in a debate. Not sure that will happen.
He would no more pick West than he would Cruz. Lyn’ Ted never; Allen West does not have the experience needed, especially legislative experience, business, etc. If picked, he’d simply be an affirmative action candidate. If he needs a job, I’m sure President Trump can find him one.
Let Hillary pick first, then he can use the Trump card.
I wish Jeane Kirkpatrick was still around! She would have made a good choice for VP.

I have been saying Allen West for months but there seems to be a lot of resistance to that pick here. I think he would really change this game.

Senator Jeff Sessions has been my pick all along. Some say he is too old. If that is true, he can buy a hot tube to soothe his weary bones. Some of the best ideas come out of a hot tub.

I heard Allen West speak last year. The guy was so smart and articulated his points so well I completely understood why he attained the rank of lieutenant colonel. The guy was impressive and you could tell he really cared about people. He wasn’t fake like so many of the other politicians I’ve met. He would make a great VP.
at least he will be historic. Allen West. The First Black Man to ever be on a Presidential Ticket.
Why?
I doubt he is going to select someone who lost their last elective position.
