If you met Ted personally, looked him in the eye, talked politics and Bible with him, which strengthened your belief that he walks the Christian Conservative walk ......that’s only because you didn’t have any votes in Iowa for him to steal. Ask Ben Carson what he thinks of the "good Conservative Christian Cruz."

Nice take.

What are you toking? Democrats are supporting Trump, not Cruz. 20-30% of them, in fact.

“the $500,000 sent to Fiorina and the $1,000,000 sweetheart loan from Goldman Sachs, and bringing in the Bush family and on and on.”

These are things Trump should be discussing at his rallies. Most people aren’t aware of this mafia-esque part of who Cruz is.

Hey, at least, Cruz (unlike Trump) hasn’t slept with his friends’ rich wives and then bragged about it. Heidi is no doubt grateful that she doesn’t have to worry about STDs like Melania no doubt worries about Donald. Once a cheater, always a cheater, after all.

You've been here a long time, Liz - this type of thing is below you...

(Sniffle) I cant help it.....the sight of that slimeball Cruz brings out all of my hidden foibles (sob).

Not to worry....as soon as Cruz is out of the picture, I'll be my literate, agreeable self again.

Amazes me that you are so dam cocksure of that...... where's your evidence?

I agree...these points alone should sink Cruz. But like the Pauls he will always have his followers.

I am a Freeper for twelve years now.”

Great. He thumps the Bible. You buy it hook line and sinker and vote for him.

You know... the guy’s a career politician and lawyer. What’s the first clue he would have ended up a shameless liar?

Cruz is our best candidate since Ronaldus Magnus. Very excited about his campaign.

Odd, the more people who see and listen to him, the more they are repulsed.

The votes reflect that reality.

What campaign? His campaign died after he lost the whole South.

He joined the Bush team.

Is this what happens when one drinks the Trump Kool-Aide?

The irony is as thick around here as the paid Cruz posters.

I don’t know about that.
Personally, I was for Cruz at the very beginning, but as the campaign went on, I liked him less.
Now, I don’t like him much at all.

Living apart, especially in politics, doesn't mean anything. Not everyone wants kids to be in DC schools and many reps fly home weekly. It is a sacrifice but some political families make it.

Military families also endure long separations and it doesn't mean that their marriages are inadequate. You do what you gotta do....

"The irony is as thick around here..."

This is a similar hysteria we saw in 2008 with Obama. No record of accomplishments (or even efforts) except he spoke words that people wanted to hear.

What is in Trumps past that makes one think he will right this ship?
- Using immigration loopholes?
- Abusing Eminent Domain laws?
- Buying influence with Democrat politicians?
- Abortion support?
- Running strip clubs and casinos?
