Clinton sued for election fraud

For years conservatives have complained about the Clintons’ dirty campaign tricks.

Now it looks like even liberals are getting sick of them.

Supporters of Democratic presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders have filed a lawsuit against former President Bill Clinton in Massachusetts court, claiming he broke the law to help deliver the state to his wife earlier this month.

According to the lawsuit filed by a group called MA Sanders Voters and Volunteers Disenfranchised by Bill Clinton, the former president engaged in a number of illegal activities, including openly campaigning at polling stations.

Critics had previously complained that Clinton’s actions and appearances at polling stations (especially in areas that favored Sanders) created long delays and kept many voters from casting their ballots. And that may have made a real difference in a state election that Hillary Clinton only won by one percentage point.

“With 100,00 undecided voters and a margin of victory of only 16,800 votes, it is eminently plausible that Bill Clinton impacted the final result,” the lawsuit claims.

The suit was filed Wednesday in the Boston Federal District Court, and asks the judge to invalidate the state primary results and hand all of the delegates to Sanders.

If that happens, it could significantly tip the balance of the 2016 race.

The lawsuit follows a petition calling for the arrest of Bill Clinton that has gotten more than 120,000 signatures.

While Bill Clinton and the Clinton campaign are likely to fight the suit, it may prove a challenge. A draft of the suit appears to contain photos showing the former president doing much of what is alleged.

A copy of the complaint was posted online, and can be viewed here.

If it’s within the rules, how can it be a dirty trick?

Well, gee whiz folks, I knew all them good people were more interested in seeing me than they were in voting that day and it was my duty to oblige them. I didn’t do nothing wrong. It’s not every day they get to see a slimy, slick p——, err, I mean former president. I DID NOT BLOCK THE POLLING PLACES. Me and my people played by all the rules that day. This is just another tactic of the “right wing conspiracy” as my wife calls it. And by gum, I think she’s right! You people in the north always did have it in for us people from the south.

“former president engaged in a number of illegal activities, including openly campaigning at polling stations.”

Doesn’t sound within the rules

““former president engaged in a number of illegal activities, including openly campaigning at polling stations.”

“Doesn’t sound within the rules””

Depends on the state’s laws. In NC the campaigning activity has to be outside of a determined perimeter (”voting enclosure”). So it’s permitted outside, beyond that number of ft. boundary.

Doesn’t really matter. The DNC failed to process Bernie’s paperwork for the Washington DC Primary. He won’t be on the ballot. DNC made the “mistake” and refuses to correct same. Clinton’s have cornered the market on Treason. Why would anyone care about Bill campaigning at the polls.
