This Castro idiot is in the Congress....but he displays an amazing ignorance about the tri-partite govt of the US and the separation of powers. Having the DOJ look into wrongdoing....and having the Congress look into wrongdoing is not the same thing.
Castro glibly says: "It's been settled by the Congress. The Congress has looked into it. The Justice Department has looked into it, and they've cleared Hillary."
