To be fair, in this instance it is an elections board who ruled. They have about as much legal authority as the PTA.
To be fair, if the Supreme Court ruled 8-0 that Cruz and Rubio were Natural Born citizens, you would still bitch about the ruling.
In many disputes over elections, a presentation to an elections board is required before a court action may be initiated. An elections board can even end up as the nominal defendant.
Cruz aside, were Rubio’s parents naturalized citizens at the time of Marco’s birth or were they citizens of Cuba? I never hear it discussed much other than his dad may have become a citizen some 4 years after Rubio was born but nothing about his mother. He meets the qualifiers for Congress, but the presidency?
I’m not sure how I feel about electing first-generation candidates with dual citizenship from non-citizen immigrant parentage. How can any of them understand the depth of American heritage? Zero sure doesn’t. Neither does Haley. Will we be dealing with Chinese nationals or arab nationals or (God help us) Aaa-nold in 4 years? It’s confusing.
Unlike Obama, Cruz and Rubio were brought up in American schools. Chances are that they have a far better appreciation of American heritage than anti-colonialist, Marxist Obama has.
We could find more than one naturalized American citizen that loves America much more than Obama does and would make a better president than he does, as well.
Barry Soetoro/Barack Hussein Obama should be proof enough of the wisdom of the founders when they tried to prevent him from being President by requiring someone who could only be a US citizen and nothing else.

One cannot be anything else and also be a natural born citizen.
Obama told us he was born a British Subject.
Who believes Washington, Jefferson, Adams, Jay, Monroe, Madison, etc. would have found him to be a natural born citizen?
Rubio’s parents were not citizens of the US at the time of his birth and did not become citizens until he was 4 years old.
Well, at least they “looked in to it” this time, instead of turning a blind eye toward Barry’s eligibility questions. Thank you Todd Rokita! /s
