Sooner the better. Cruz can begin the ball rolling by suing Trump first! Because Trump’s mother was not born in America.

Trump’s mother was granted citizenship before his birth. Nice try

Born here of citizen parents.
The parents can be naturalized citizens.
Trump’s mother was when he was born.

Yes, but she was naturalized and became an American citizen before Donald Trump was born and was living here when she bore him. So what you say is clearly, as a matter of established law, not relevant.

“Because Trumpâs mother was not born in America.”
Not even a good try; she was a naturalized citizen when Trump was born.
However, under the natural born clause in the Constitution, citizenship descended from the father only.

2 American citizen parents and born on the soil.
If Trump’s mother became a citizen then there is no problem Do you have information about this?
