Cruz WOULD be my guy if he were running for Prime Minister of Canada.
Is Limbaugh still on the radio???
Regan's political beliefs were forged over 69 years of living life--outside the Washington, DC bubble.
He was an actor, a salesman on TV, a union boss, a governor. He lived through an active, hot, desperate world at war. He knew loss through a failed marriage and redemption through a second. He had learned to manage and lead bureaucracies. He made mistakes and had the time to learn from them.
Ronald Reagan was not a young politician hell bent on the highest executive office in the land. When he reached the Oval Office he was a fully developed man with broad, hands-on experience in the private and public sectors--and he understood both.
Ronald Reagan was the real deal because he came to his political beliefs through a life fully-lived, not through political expedience. And as such, Ronald Reagan held an unflappable commitment to those beliefs.
To claim Ted Cruz is the closest to Ronald Reagan is not only an insult to Ronald Reagan, it is also an insult to rational, thinking citizens across the political spectrum,
Rush divorced Rubio faster than one of his wives
Gonna get pretty painful
And he still claims that he doesn’t endorse. It was nice to see he could not help Rubio in New Hampshire.
Rush ain’t my daddy. I’ll do my own thinking, and make my own choices, thank you very much.
You’ve jumped the shark, Lim.
Rush, you were great when Clinton was President. You kept us laughing with the skits and Paul Shanklin songs. You helped the Pubs take over the Congress. But then Bush got elected. And you spent years tying yourself in knots trying to pretend that Bush wasn’t a big spending NWO socialist (er compassionate conservative) who got us suckered into unwinnable involvements in the MidEast. Now you are a mildly amusing entertainer but logically inconsistent. You never recovered from the damage that all that oxy did to you. I thank you for what you did during Clowntoon’s tenure but I no longer pay you much attention. Not that it matters because you are still pretty popular and often insightful. But you might think about retiring before dementia sets in.
It is becoming less and less important to tune in to Limbaugh each day. He is clearly upset with Trump’s success and doesn’t know how to react to it. I don’t care about his opinion so there is no reason to listen to him.
