He should wait until that endorsement would do the most good.
It doesn't take many mental contortions to figure out whom Mitt Romney would support in a three-way race between Donald Trump, Sen. Ted Cruz, and Sen. Marco Rubio. Obviously he would support none of them, because Romney is waiting for the three to end up in a deadlocked convention from which Romney emerges the consensus nominee. Just kidding, sort of. Wouldn't that kind of be like the kiss of death?
After tonight, the GOPe’s got to ditch Rubio.
Have a big meeting mafia-style meeting and select another standard-bearer.
What did Mario do?
Did Mario agree to ride on Romney’s car roof?
..Why It’s Too Soon for Mitt Romney to Endorse Marco Rubio
Wouldn’t that kind of be like the kiss of death?...

Give the poor guy a chance before you destroy his campaign.
Terrible debate performance.
At the opening, Christie eviscerated him for his robotic repetition of “We’re running against Obama” pre-packaged sound-bite in answer to every question, then got him again on avoiding the Gang of 8 question, and in general, Rubio looked like a a snotty little twerp.
The one-trick pony is all tricked out.
I hope so! What a phony.
I thought Jeb would go after Rubio tonight, but Christie was the one who annihilated him.
You know Romney’s going to, he has to, The Cheap Labor Express has already paid for their amnesty candidate.
The RNC/GOP must deliver.
Because Romney might run himself?
Trump endorsed Romney. Romney will endorse Trump. Unless Trump asked him not to.
They’ve already been coming out in favor of Trump. Trump is much closer to their thinking than Rubio.
Didn’t Christie make Rubio look good? Christy wants to attack the Republicans rubio wanted to attack Hillary and Obama.
Rubio invoked his canned Obama line in order to avoid answering tough questions about his own record.
He might be waiting for Joe Biden to jump in first, then Mitt can decide which nomination he wants to pursue.
