In the past politicians shied away from this issue because it would antagonize mainly white taxpayers; now the problem is that as whites diminish in numbers the people on the hook are increasingly non-white (Hispanic or Asian “replacement Americans”).

They often have their own issues with blacks, and will not accept this new “privilege tax” quietly.
