So, there’s never been a flash flood or downpour ever before?
These have been going on since the dawn of time.
As for 2015 being the warmest year ever, here in Maine, February 2015 was called the coldest month in the history of Maine. The snowfall was off the charts, too.
This is what Hitlery is worried about? It’s called weather.

Well, Hillary and John Podesta don't know Texas. The hotter the weather, the less rain we get. According to them, our weather was hotter causing downpours and flash floods. It was not summer hot last spring when the worst floods happened. Later it got summer hot and we went months without rain. Let's just say Hillary and Podesta are weather challenged.
