Steve Lonegan
American Businessman
Steven Mark “Steve” Lonegan is an American businessman, author and former Mayor of Bogota, New Jersey, serving from 1995 to 2007. A member of the Republican Party, Lonegan currently works as Director of Monetary Policy for the American Principles Project. He serves as the organization’s national spokesman on monetary policies of the Federal Reserve System and directs the Fix the Dollar project.
Lonegan is a good man. His recommendation carries weight.
I remember Lonagan from his primary run against Christie. he was the Freeper choice as I recall.
Steve has been a stalwart conservative in the cesspool that is my state, but this should guarantee a dismal showing in NJ by Cruz. Lonegan has never won a general election in NJ aside from being mayor of Bogota. He and Murray Sabrin are the Pat Paulson of NJ politics. It is a bonus though that Christie hates Lonegan, so good for Steve.
