I would not be surprised if Trump surges in a big way in the next week because what happened in Texas is that Trump has been talking about since day 1 of his candidacy.

Obviously he meant France, but the point stands. It could happen in Paris, Texas, or Anytown, U.S.A.

The first duty of our government is to protect the people - not act as a life raft for others. This is a winning issue that resonates across party lines and all demographics and Trump has surged to the front based on this issue.
