I have been studying the Cruz tax plan. I think the closest plan to FAIR tax in the context we still have a crappie 16th amendment.

1. Taxes business revenue, not income (sales tax)

a. Will repatriate oversees USD

2. Eliminates payroll tax
3. Allows $25K per year saved tax deductible.
4. No need for IRS to monitor special interest groups, deductions gone and organizations won’t be taxed unless they sell things. 5. Eliminate the IRS- can happen because all deductions are gone
