WASHINGTON (AP) — Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton met with a group of mothers whose African-American children died in gun shootings.

I think the loud laughs, smirks and inappropriate body language are part and parcel of a mental problem she has no control over. Whatever it is, it will likely get worse over time.
