It’s odd - but this is the FIRST time I’ve ever read an Oboma quote when he actually said “citizen” ...
Also, it’s very - very! - telling that Obola NEVER said or even implied that he COULD NOT run for an other term, and the question was phrased as if the idea were even possible. Instead, he acted “ole George Washington style” and “gave up” the opportunity to serve again.
As if Oboma was looking for praise for HIS humility in giving up what would be rightfully his, what could have been easily won again if he (Oboma) only wanted to run again ... for the good of the country to get a fresh face in the office.
True, Obama out of office will emphatically not be a Bill Clinton, who to this day can walk into any room & suck up all the oxygen.
