The fly in his campaign strategy is I think Donald Trump

What Cruz is doing would work better against Yeb and Rubio

I think Cruz is the only candidate to stand against the established Washington powers. All others are the wink and nod.

Why would we want a Canadian for our President?

(An Indonesian homosexual Muslim has been bad enough! When Obama was in London, MI6 was able to get a DNA sample: it was 80% Asian. In August 2008 he responded to a question with the statement that he was 51-years old. That would make his birth year 1957.)

I'm praying for a triumph of The Constitution over celebrity and Ted, more than any other candidate or politician, most closely follows the constitution.

I have been a recurring donor and will support him as long as he is in the race.

"Steve Deace, an Iowa-based talk-radio host who has endorsed Cruz, says that as far back as August of 2013, Cruz was asking him to set up meetings with top Iowa activists."

So Cruz gets elected to the Senate Nov, 2012 is seated in the Senate Jan 3, 2013 and by August of 2013 a mere 7 months later he is already planning his run for the presidency? Am I the only one that thinks a Junior senator with only 7 months in office is really full of himself to even be contemplating a POTUSA run.

A number of Senators have complained the Cruz is playing politics in the Senate and not doing the work of the Senate. Cruzs' filibuster was in Sept 2013, after he has decided to run for POTUSA, was that politics too? This piece lends credibility to that claim.

Three, less then one terms Senators running for president, really? Less then one term in the Senate and we should trust you with the presidency? I think not.

Amnesty and Corruption will be key issues

Let’s take “amnesty” ;The only guy in this race who has been against amnesty and offered a method of ending it from the start has been Santorum. When Levin had him on his show this past week. Santorum charged ;”Trump is all over the place on his positions”. When Levin asked Santorum if he was going after just Trump on the question. Santorum responded; “None of the announced candidates are against “amnesty” except myself because I don’t really know where Trump stands because he’s changed his positions on it., Implying he wouldn’t claim he was the only candidate taking that position if Trump hadn’t changed his ..

What Santorum didn’t mention was also Trump’s position on accepting “Syrian refugees” which from the outset was let them in. But changed to; After Walker came out with “No, we got enough problems” which went ignored because Trump had such broad media coverage , Two days later. Trump took the same position, then expanded on it He’s done the same on Russian involvement in Syria. This should be a problem for Trump supporters as it proves to be for them to consider other candidates in this race..

Now let take the EX-IM bank issue; Here us where Cruz really shines. But it could have gotten buried on the weekend the story broke. Because that’s the weekend Trump went after Walker which had the media all over his attack. If it weren’t for the rare Sunday senate session and the Cruz filibuster exposing the corruption and cronyism involved with the Export Import bank there’s a good chance nobody would know about it. Or the raw courage it took for Cruz to do so.

Only a small percentage really turn out to attend these lenghty wintertime caucus meets. Both have worked besieged christian groups. Despite whatever polling results show now both will be there. And of these two one will come in 1st and the other 2nd come March.

“If you look at where the Carson vote goes, the Huckabee vote eventually goes, the [Rick] Santorum vote, or the Rand Paul vote eventually goes, Cruz is very well positioned to be the default choice of supporters of a lot of other candidates,” said Matt Mackowiak, an Austin-based GOP strategist.

Shhh, they are giving away the strategy.

“To put it in terms he might understand, a majority of Republican voters have more in common with Mitch McConnell than with him.”

Author does not provide evidence.
Therefore, I think he shows his bias, says what he believes to be true rather than what actually is true. McConnell’s approval numbers among republicans cannot be very high.

Ted Cruz is not just “ mudding “ through the early contests as this article has stated.

Ted Cruz is running a strong ground game also in Iowa and South Carrolina.
